Caustic damage detected while docked?

I just had an audio warning which sounded like 'Warning - caustic damage detected' while I was docked at Obsidian Orbital.
Advanced Maintenance doesn't show any such damage.
I did have an encounter (hyperdiction) on the way there.
Is this normal?

I have received this message for no clear reason merely from High-Wake jumping into a sector.I THINK this (at least in my case) was due to the environment of others in my WING.
