Ceos and Sothis stations

Are the stations in these systems ever be fully built?
I think its almost a full year already since the first time I went there and until today only the central small area is done; and you can still see welding lights on most open panels.

This is more noticeable when in your ship target GUI the Station appears fully finished.

With the amount of biowaste they export, one would think they have the money to finish the pending work.

Anyway, Just an observation and a question.

I think it was built as part of a Community Goal project, so it was completed to the degree of participation in that goal. It would appear they no longer improve the structure after the initial event. Just my guess...

Hang on, aren't they broke?

They're paying you top dollar to get rid of their poo because they don't want to contaminate the local area by flushing gigatonnes of floaters out of the airlock.

The community goals went well for all the Sirius stations (Hence why they have shipyards etc) Obsidian orbital was fully built on day one, even though the CG didn't do well at all.

The initial plan was for stations to be slowly constructed over weeks/months (a different model on each server update) devs seemed to have forgot about that idea after the Sirius stations.

Afaik when i went there 1st, there was no spinnng Station and human anouncer. Now booth stations do spin and got anounments even a flight service.

The station in the New Yembo system was constructed (also by CG) before the Sothis Spur stations. New Yembo was originally an "Under construction" station, now it's completed.

Station construction and expansion was supposed to be something the BGS did automatically. I don't know if that's still on the plan, but it currently relies on FD manually editing the station models for each update.

In-lore explanation: Sirius Corp built the station; since Sirius lost control of the station, the factions that took it over are less inclined to proceed with the terraforming project (which was the original purpose of building these things in the first place).

Ok. I'll cooperate with that poor fellow with some of my own biowaste.

Well, at least they should stop welding and proceed to close the holes in the hull. Seems so lame when you consider their only economy consist on making their inhabitants to constantly poo all day long; the place should look like a proper station, imo.

I don't mind getting some more store merchandise if that makes Frontier hire help for him. I am sure few others will do that too.

I will also sell my house and buy whole store inventory if that will get more guys working on the mission system.
