Ceos - Sothis: Fed Data Delivery Missions are gone?

Seriously though, boardflipping was axed in 3.3. Flipping from solo to open wont change anything. As for the other issue Im not sure, I haven't been there in a while. Probably check it out later.

As I mentioned, they are still available (if for cargo mission you mean Delivery XX Units).
I have checked also the Passenger missions provided by the Fed and... well... there are some of them, but you need to travel at least 1.5k LY to get the things done AKA it took forever in order to farm Fed ranks.
Probably the new ED update has removed such missions from Sothis and Ceos, and now the only viable route to farm Fed rank (by doing only Data Delivery) is Chakpa/Ochosi route!
I more meant does it still pay well. Made millions in the Python a while back, just before I went on hiatus. With all the new stuff, and a little bit of garage rearrangement, I haven't been to check it out.
Could it be that CMDRs are competing for missions now?
That is why there are so few good missions at sothis-ceos.
Can anyone positively confirm that is the case(there is competition, that is if one CMDR takes a mission it is no longer available for others) ?
I came to Sothis because I was curious, never done any missions up here since the 1.x days where 50 mil an evening was really good money lol.
It seems there are zero passenger missions to Ceos from Newholm Station at least. A curious situation as the reputation is this system is a good money maker.
If we really are competing for missions/resources now its important that is positively confirmed and common knowledge. It will especially make good farming of mission-only materials such as Biotech Conductors or Modified Embedded Firmware MUCH harder!

I thought this was the case myself, but two CMDRs on r/elitedangerous said they had tested otherwise, and that although the board is shared, different commanders can all accept the same mission. Since i haven't tested it myself I'm not sure - but the reddit randos did seem to know what they were talking about and very specifically said they could accept the same mission a few minutes after another command had accepted it.
I'd also like confirmation from someone on here if anyone has tested it (or if anyone on PS4 I will test with you).

The "best" states for getting data delivery missions are "election" or "boom"
At the state Investment you get a lot of Cargo delivery missions.
Outbreak has some data delivery but mostly supply Medicine missions (cargo)
War and civil war has very few strategic data delivery missions but mostly Massacre and Assasination missions.
So if you want to farm rank with just data delivery, check the state of the factions first.
