apologies if this has all ready been asked... but is any one else having problems with the community goal?? no resource sites at all in the system so no bounties?? i tried solo/open and private but the system is in lockdown and there arn't any resource sites at all :S i see some people on here are actively taking part,so what am i doing wrong ?? thanks CMDRS

i suggest a look at the thread in the community goal subforum, there are several RES in system - either you are not close enough (1000 ls) for them showing up, or you experience a problem with them not spawning?

There is a regular res site and a low res site. You can bounty hunt, but may not be as profitable as high or hazardous
thanks CMDR [up] but there still not showing up on my scanner and im right on top of the planet!!(which i cant scan)!! theres nowt in the system at all in fact all the planets remain (unexplored) even though i practically bumped in to them all! i guess il try later because this one is completely bugged for me..[where is it]
Two of my friends and I checked out the cg and it was a total bust.
The trading cg is shut down due to ua bombing and as the op said we couldn't find any haz res or res sites and even the nav beacon was absent.
After 2 hours we gave up and returned to the bubble.

Did you scan that system first with an advanced discovery scanner? Or alternativly you could scan the navigation beacon close to the sun to get the system data.
Yes I had an adv disc scanner and the nav beacon wasn't even there.
Res sites aren't showing in open for me or anyone on my friends list. Supposedly they show in solo, or private, but I haven't checked. . There are RES' in some neighboring systems which give you the bounties required.
Res sites have been intermittent in this system. When not working I jump to Merope, there is a has resigned on the first gas giant and the faction in the cig is also present. I have been getting stacks of bounties here but to start with I had a hold full of power generator. That made the has res pretty intense.
You can use the res sites in Merope and hand the bounties in at the CG system. Hope that helps. . o7
Just about to go to the CG. Is the trading still good? And are the has Res sites now spawning?
still open for trading, res sites missing for me at the moment in open, pg and solo. Also mission board not able to open either
There weren't any RES sites for me when I checked about 10 hours ago. Maybe FDev fixed it, though.

Just been interdicted by a fellow corvette pilot who didn't want to fight, just to ask if I had the same problem bounty hunting as they had.
Disappointed to say the least. Luckily I didn't travel too far to join as others have.
