All I know is there was no conflict, then it appeared - nowhere near the tick (unless it's moved again), and with very different INF levels.
I guess maybe I should go back I read the tinfoil as I have no idea who to support - Feds who want to take DP back by force, or Grom the dictator. I think probably the Feds will win this one.

It's the openly-a-dictator Grom, versus the putting-in-place-all-the-apparatus-to-be-a-dictatorship-but-don't-say-that-word Feds (can't remember the VP's name, but him). Hobson's bloody choice.

Turrets, above CZ ships and enforcer NPC are meant to make grinding harder if not on foot...
These changes are meant to slow EDO collections down... So this should result in lower targets for each tier now.

Pirates will want the seeker missiles... Perfect build for drive disabling as fast as possible... faster fire rate will reduce chances off target enabling jump... Drag drive and double cap is default choice, with faster fire rate they will disabe even quicker. it can save doing the 4 week wait for packhounds... for any one who's not done that yet..
Phasing on a multicannon? Phasing is OK for lasers because infinite ammo, rapid fire will exhaust ammo before you need to synth to make a difference.
yeah, I had this vision of multi-cannons with ammo that 'phased' through the shields, but that's not gonna happen is it. I still think teh feds will pick up support from people intrigued by something completely different. But maybe not, as again the Feds are clearly in the wrong.
The only time phasing really works is with G5 / 4 srb cytos - I think here its a little tickle.
I predict a Grom win here, because Grom has PMF support the Feds don't have.
I mean, the Feds also have PMFs... I still think a Grom win, but I imagine there are a lot of people who'd be very curious to test if Grom can be removed as a power, not least the Powerplay communities themselves. It could be very close.
