Perhaps at least I have the permit now...Jotun instead then
Or that Aisling directed Theta 7 to kill her nearest rival and child.Next up: Psych! There never was any pregnancy, Hadrian just made it up to lure out Theta7 and now has a solid lead on them after they bombed the starport they assumed Hadrian's wife was on.
I don't know. Aisling strikes me more as a Witchspace accident type of girl and less of the play with intergalactic terrorists type. Old hag Torval, however...Or that Aisling directed Theta 7 to kill her nearest rival and child.
Because, deep down she is evillllllll
Its always the one you least suspect.I don't know. Aisling strikes me more as a Witchspace accident type of girl and less of the play with intergalactic terrorists type. Old hag Torval, however...
My prediction is cannon Found it beforehand and got them a drake class carrier, so people would leave them be, and cannon now has the dredger?ORION UNIVERSITY SEARCHES FOR DREDGER
14 OCT 3307
Pilots Federation ALERT
Rewards are being offered by Orion University to locate the Scriveners Clan dredger, which it claims as its legal property.
The self-sustaining Dredger-class bulk cruiser was launched two centuries ago by an academic institute that was later absorbed by the university. Since then the dredger has become the home for a nomadic tribe called the Scriveners Clan, which refuses contact with all outsiders.
Vice Chancellor Leland Pettigrew told the media:
“Orion University is willing to reward pilots who can pinpoint the dredger’s current location. We believe it is still within 500 light years of the Perseus Dark Region KC-V c2-2 system.”
“Pilots who are interested in helping should first dock at Ring Mine station in the 2MASS J03291977+3124572 system, to automatically sign up to the search operation. Our associates at the starport, Deep Space Mining, will provide further information including details of the reward.”
Both starports also offer a temporary discount on purchasing and outfitting to owners of our Drake-class Carriers

- Some NMLA operative made the most consequential "wrong window" mistake of the year
“Shortly before this attack, my team intercepted a communication between suspected Neo-Marlinist supporters. This referred to an imminent attempt to kill Imperator Hadrian Duval, Lady Astrid Minerva-Duval and their unborn child.”
Given the previous GalNet about ACT making progress against the NMLA, I'd say it's the 1st or 2nd. And narratively, if this attack is going to result in anything, it'd either be a death or the reveal of some sort of lead against the NMLA, which could be found as part of the investigation mentioned in this most recent GalNet. So far, it seems like Astrid is fine, that could change but I don't think Frontier will go that route. The interesting thing here is that ACT (and the PDB) have previously been unable to intercept NMLA transmissions because they've used a secret communications method.
So ... which of these is it?
- ACT have cracked the comms method, perhaps with information recovered after Whyte's demise, and decided this was a high enough priority to reveal that
- ACT have cracked the comms method and Magnus unilaterally decided to reveal that to protect his boss
- Some NMLA operative made the most consequential "wrong window" mistake of the year
- Hadrian Duval is the head of the NMLA
