CG this week?

I'm giving it until tomorrow (for one reason or another Frontier have occasionally kicked off a CG on a Friday recently), but not holding my hopes up.

I meant to check for megaship movements for at least the Orunmilla(Aegis Core's megaship) before the maintenance but it kind of slipped my attention and then it was late, well into bedtime. That would have been a relatively sure way of telling whether we would be getting a CG if it had moved/did move, to one of the dead Titans. Alas, I also did not log into Elite this Thursday.

I wish they would give us a bit of advanced notice. I want to head out into the black and put my name on a few planets but knowing my luck I'll be halfway to the LMC when they pop a new one.

Agreed. I wish CG were listed in the event calendar (do we still have that?). Galaxy events can be unpredictable so no hard definition of what the CG would be about (or where), but a placeholder of sorts would be great.

PS: and ALWAYS include a "protect" side to have a relaxing pew-pew fest ;-)

a heads up that there will be a CG would be handy... but i would want absolutely zero hint of what it may be.

simply because it would give a huge advantage to players who could hoard stuff in advance.

personally i would rather everyone start on as close to a level playing field as possible rather than kicking off with a fleet carrier full of stuff which is likely to be in the CG

that said... i am a raging hypocrite because i transferred in my T9 so i could be ready just in case around Jamesons memorial ;)
