Competition Terms and Conditions
The (“PROMOTER”) is: Frontier Developments plc - Company Registration No: 02892559 whose registered office is at: 26 Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 0FP, England, UK.
The Promoter will be working with (“PARTNER”) - Universal Studios Limited - Company Registration No: 09074960 whose registered office is at 1 Central St. Giles, St. Giles High Street, London, WC2H 8NU, England, UK.
These Terms & Conditions together with any specific Rules set out in Competition Notices (as defined below) are the Competition Rules ("Rules") and apply to Competitions ("Competition"). By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Rules.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
The Competition is open to all UK and non-UK residents aged 12 years or over excluding employees of Frontier Developments plc, Universal Studios LTD, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Competition. To be eligible to enter the Competition, you (“Entrant”) must: be at least the age of majority in your country, state, province, or jurisdiction of residence (and at least twenty (20) years old in Taiwan) at the time of entry. Entrants under the age of majority as noted above, require parent or guardian to consent to the Competition and Rules on their behalf.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be Friday 28th September 2018 at 4PM BST. After this date no further entries to the Competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Rules of the Competition and how to enter are as follows:
1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms & Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.
3. The prizes are as follows:

- A selection of Frontier goodies
The prizes are as stated and no cash or alternatives will be offered. The prize/s are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
4. The Winner will be chosen by an independent panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
5. The winner will be notified by the Promoter or fulfillment partner by email, where details have been provided and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook within 28 days of the Competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize is delivered. The Promoter will make every effort to deliver the prizes expediently to winners, however may, in some circumstances, be bound by shipping, handling or importation duties and international, regional or local regulations. In these instances, the Promoter will make every effort to work with logistics and shipping partners and notify the winners.
7. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into consideration.
8. By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
9. The Competition and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. 10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
