Changing your commander name without a full reset?

I don't believe it's possible.

You could always try contacting support and see if they will do the name change

I would have thought it would be used to hide a players prior actions from other players so not allowed at all.

Isn't the Cmdr name tied to the account (ie you can you change it even with a full reset)?

Your commander name is tied to the account yes, but only in so much that whilst it's allocated no one else can use it - change your name (after a wipe) and anyone can take your old name. (Few exceptions of course)

I know you can deffo change it after a clear save as I do that with mine (Roman Numerals at the end : Currently on life #11 )
