Had the same issue a few minutes ago.. It's because it's full.. I just sat outside for a bit and kept on sending requests. Got there in the end!

Usually when that happens, you will notice that nearly all the pads are lit up, when you finally get permission and dock.

I'm not able to get out of Chango Dock.

I'm literally stuck in docking.
I mean.. I'm new to the game maybe I'm doing something wrong but I thought I just selected launch and then space and it should send me out.. right? I'm pressing space and nothing happens.

Perhaps this is related..

When you get denied, just fly into the station, then ask for permission to land. Works for me every time!

Em no, "Launch" just asks for permission to depart.

You need to throttle up, and fly out of the slot yourself.

I was stuck inside the hangar.

I restarted the game and played on solo, that seems to have fixed it.

I have got fined for not having docking permission once I pass the entrance at some stations.

You can save and quit to the menu and log back in. I only do this if I cannot gain access within a couple of minutes.

I assume re-logging while in the "all group" drops you into a new p2p session which is why it works? It may not work if you get the same session i.e. friends group or solo?

I had to wait half an hour to dock at dahan gateway yesterday. Even including logging out and back in again to try to get rid of timeouts and denials.

After pressing "Launch" you have to fly out, yourself. (Don't forget to retract your landing gear.)
