I agree with Nemmie, communication is what is appreciated the most. We all have come to love the open communication from Frontier so we been very disappointed with the lack of communication for the past 2 years. We really need to have that 2 way communication back it is what made Frontier stand out above all other game developers.

I dont want to take credit for anything, but it really shouldn't have to take the warning/threat of review-bombing at launch to get the devs to address the very real concerns that people had with Planet Coaster 2.
 
I'm sure part of the reason that they responded on Monday was because they were back at work. Most of the "villagers with pitchforks" behaviour seemed to really come to a head at the weekend, when they weren't at work.
I'm not downplaying anyone's concerns of gripes. They were mostly legitimate. But I think they were always going to address the tide of criticism on Monday, not at the weekend.
