Choose an animal for Saint Valentine's Day

I think we all can agree that having the anniversary lemur between the North America and Europe packs was a great way to make the the wait between packs even shorter. We might get a new DLC towards the end of March or early April, so getting a new (paid) animal mid-February would be great. If you could choose an animal to be added to the game in Saint's Valentine's Day, what would it be?

I won't choose a superstar animal like the capybara because I think those would be saved to be the highlight of the normal DLCs. Therefore, my pick would be a bear (bears and "love" are usually related and it's easy to find valentine's cards with loving bears). I would go for the American black bear or the spectacled bear.

What about you?

I would choose the mandarin duck - in the cultures of most of the countries they inhabit (China, Korea and Japan), they are seen as a symbol of fidelity and affection in marriage. They would also add another ground-based bird (one of a group completely unrepresented so far), which would help represent the East Asian region and are also suitable for both walkthrough enclosures and mixed enclosures (at least one zoo in the Netherlands keeps them in with red pandas).

I don’t see why the devs would make an animal for every special day when from what we’ve seen is just a special thing they did for their game’s anniversary.
Also, the wording implies that this is special animal for Valentine’s Day would be paid-for, and not free like the lemur. I very much hope that is an error, because paying for 1 animal would be pretty slimy IMO.

I mean I really do not see any chance to get an animal for Valentines day, too. But it is still allowed to speculate which animal could fit for this day. And in my opinion that could be a monogam living animal like the Mute swan or the white stork. I do not know now which mammals are more or less living monogam?

Valentines Day isn't even a real holiday - it's a Hallmark invention that borrowed the rough date of the Saint Valentine Feast, which itself is only celebrated by a small portion of people.

If I had to choose I'd also go with the American flamingo. A quick easy animal the colour of lovehearts.

Either the hot pink American Flamingo (whose necks make a loveheart shape when they stand opposite eachother) or the Striped Skunk, always an animal associated with being ‘unlucky in love’ or ‘hopeless romantic’ (Pepe Le Pew, Flower from Bambi)

I would happily pay for one animal, I'm not sure why that would be slimy. I happily paid for a coffee earlier today. I didn't expect to get it for free even though I bought a sandwich at the same place last week. As I have said before and will say again, a regular surprise animal would be a great idea if you ask me.

I'm not hugely keen on the Valentines idea but maybe a red-crowned crane as a symbol of fidelity

Or another penguin species as they famously form same-sex pairings and that could be a nice symbol of inclusion.
