Cleanliness of habitat

So I bumped on weird thing today.

My Warthog habitat is dirty all the time! To be exact cleanliness of the habitat is at 50-61. My Warthogs are getting viruses because of it. And I cannot find a reason why it is dirty. Also I have 2 adults and 3 babies but I got the same amount before and it was okay back then.

What I tried so far was:

• calling zookeeper to clean it few times
• exchange nests

Anyone got similar situation or know what might be the problem?

It's probably poop in the pond.
There is a bug when keepers won't hoover the poo if it rolls into water.

If that's the case, just remove the water, let them clean it and put the water back. It's being fixed.
