Colonia Bridge CG Phase 4 Week 1 Reward - a mistake?

Same here.
And i would not have had anything to comment about this CG if it didn't specifically mentioned

I still remember the last CG from December 2019 - when my fresh Steam alt, participated in a Type-6, non engineered of course, and managed to get like 40+ millions for getting into Top 50% in the Trade CG.
And it also got in the Top50% for the corresponding bounty CG, using a C3 also non-engineered, getting another 20 millions.

Now that was generous.
Generous is an interpretation, surely? Profits from trade in a CG are normally 'generous', unless one needs to measure Cr/Hr when it isn't!

As CGs are open to new players as well as us old and credit cynical 'veterans' the earning potential for even this CG is generous. (although not enticing me from doing other things, which currently are earning far less in credits but providing tremendous fun in EDO instead)

The next phase is allegedly giving away cockpit lights, so worth considering.

I just finished my 20th or so run and got my new fully kitted mostly fully engineered cutter as my cg reward (bought it Wednesday night and she's now paid for). I'm still running them b/c it's easy consistent 36-48m+-/ hr (3-4 runs). Once u find a good reliable supply spot or do the fc unloading thing. There's no risk really so it's easy money in my book. I'll probably do another 10-15 runs and get back to other things and end up somewhere between 360-420 million up since thursday night by this afternoon (morning here). I'll also finish up tycoon by the look of it. I was at abt 50% (@ the first o) Thursday when i started.

Yeah the cg "reward" is a joke but so was logfest '21 just different flavor of bad joke.

No matter how you look at it, it's not generous at all.
As it is, a T6 new-cmdr doing CG runs is getting like 1.4 millions per run.
Doing one of the selected loops from Inara, they'd get like 2.5 millions per run 🤷‍♂️

IF they picked other commodities yielding a better cr/t profit, maybe.
Or if they added 8 more tiers to the 3 we already got...

Northern Power compensation cheques would be an example of a generous payout.

But with the rt set up running 700+ units a run it adds up pretty quick or at least my 300 mil in 3 days and 50% tycoon to elite trader worked for me. I know I don't bank 100 million credits a night for 3 days too often in my usual casual play.

IMHO opinion the point of this CG is the outfitting of the stations in the colonia bridge?
This first stage is only for the first stations from both ends (5 from bubble, 1 from colonia.)
The next parts of the CG’s will be for the remainder of the stations.
I made nearly 500M hauling 36k tonnes in about 8 hours playtime. To me that is a decent amount of money.
as for the tier reward itself: yes it is low, but not something I worry about.
what I am curious about is if all 4 parts will be trading, or if there will be other stuff to do like mining?
