Colonisation material delivery/duplication bug with planetary outposts

All those excess commodities have 0 in the required column. Is it possible you bought too many of one or the other?

Or maybe another player delivered some stuff, though it'd be weird to do so in 1-2 tons here and there.

Yeah I realised that after posting, i've been doing this for 17 hours today and i'm very tired 😫

At least twice I have turned up with a not-for colonisation commodity instead of (it usually affects) Titanium. Am not sure if it is a speed / tiredness / lack of attention thing, or the game UI glitching as scrolling to and selecting the commodity and me not noticing

I thought I was going insane but it seems there definitely is a bug just not the one I initially thought. When I selected the outpost to build it gave me a complete list of all commodities/quantities required and I wrote it down on a spreadsheet for tracking. I purchased 60 copper (as that was what it required) and went to deliver 60 copper but somehow it only turned in 59 and the last one disappeared. The commodities I was short by 1-3T (there was eight in total) I had to jump 186ly away to go gather them and re-deliver as they just randomly disappeared, even though I 1000% bought the correct amount.

No apparently it's an RNG% bug that can change the values of the required materials when you deliver them. Its been reported to fdev a lot already and is apparently just "how it works"
