Colonisation settlements - No Oxford comma?

It works fine at one of my system that i paid to rename the main station, standard American English keyboard, try copying:

Might this be related to the localisation in use by the OP - i.e. maybe if the game is set to Dutch or German localisation ( I don't know if it has those) maybe that prevents the apostrophe being used since (as mentioned earlier) there is no possessive apostrophe used in the language?

Localization has nothing to do with basic ASCII code, only facilitates with what keys you type various (your local) characters.

Apostrophe can be called from every localization by pressing Left Alt and typing 39 on numeric tab.

Yeah, that's not what "Oxford comma" means.

If you want a fancy name for it, that would be "Saxon genitive".

I don't know if it is still a thing, but a few years ago there was a group here demanding apostrophes be banned because they were too confusing and not being used properly anyway (the second part I agree with).

My 2 cents there must be some interaction with the computer language and game language, as evidenced I was able to use an apostrophe in two occasions (technically probably ascii single quote) and it does show up in game

OK, that's kinda bananas then... No idea how this can work for some and not others, if the language setting isn't the key to it.
