Colonization issue after the update!

Right after the update today, I'm having issues delivering materials to my station. Game is not deducting the materials I've delivered! Two wasted trips!

Also, my completed outpost is still under deployment after the weekly reset?

Anyone having the same problems?

Mine is still under development also but I now have missions available. I do show as the architect again
