If does how can I get access to

no, atleast I don't think so, its a shame realy we have to input our own info in inara and stuff

I don't think you will ever see "modding" possibilities like that on console.
The only way would be to be able to get all informations from your profile through a webservice provided by Frontier and using these informations to update Inara or whatever website you want.
