Horizons Combat display data?

Have not noticed this before as I do not do much combat.
But it seems above bars that show hull strength, we have another 6 bars. Some of which start flashing red.
Can someone point me to information on this new display?

Those are the Buffs and debuffs that come from both normal weapons and engineer special effects
