Hey, a couple of noob questions. When you are targeting an enemy and they have a split between red and yellow on their health bar, what does the yellow indicate? Also the number next to enemy nameplates, what does that represent? Is it range or something? Thanks for any answers

The split between red and yellow on a health bar is an indication of potential critical. The red is the guaranteed damage done but the yellow represents the potential additional damage they might receive from a critical.

For the nameplates, I'm guessing you mean the red circle with a number that appears when they are within firing range. That's an indication of potential ranged hits and is affected by things like distance and cover. So you know that if it's 0 you wouldn't be able to get a hit in even if they were technically in range.
