Saw this pic yesterday on twitter. iOS app showed it would be above the horizon so planned to see if I could see comet Ison this morning while leaving for work but forgot

I'll have a loot tomorrow morning.

I found this website today, with a handy 3D interactive model showing the trajectory. I thought it was quite cool. The website shows other nice info on it too.

Hopefully it will be high enough in magitude to see without too much messing about with long exposure protography.

Also, hopefully the weather relents and lets us see it.

Not into, but will pass by 100,000 km, so a close shave of Mars! It's Comet Siding Spring, and due in October 2014.

Quick get a spaceship up there to take lots of measurements etc; prob won't get such a good chance to get so close so soon.
