Commit crimes in MCC 378 is this possible on foot

Went to a few settlement and killed as many people as I could. No bounties. Is this possible on foot or do I have to use my ship?

Depends on where you commit your crimes. If you do it in any anarchy jurisdiction, nobody cares. Make sure the settlement you try to slaughter or steal stuff from isn't owned by the local anarchy factions.

What is Feudal, is this a translation issue? I looked the system up on Inara. It has 16 settlements divided up between Gold Bridge Corporation, Brotherhood of Terra Mater, and MCC 378 Vision Incorporated. The Brotherhood are the controlling faction and Anarchy, the other two are Corporate.

If you can remember or get it from your journal file, list the settlements you were at. All settlements in that system are eitther Corp or Anarchy owned. If you were in a latter, there would be no bounties.

In game the system goverment said Feudal. So, is Inara how we find out what government each minor faction is?

As far as on foot goes all that matters is the 'state' of the settlement.

I will expand on that, forget Inara.
Look in the system map in game, find the settlement, see who controls it, click factions again in the system map and see what state they are,
Everything you need is in game and accurate.

Inara isn't neccessary, I just looked the system up on there because I don't have the game open and the system is 200 ly away from where I am. The data on Inara seems to be up to date though, but it doesn't list any Feudal governments. Sure it's the right system you're talking about? Copy and paste error maybe?

But yes, the right hand panel will show you all the info you need, and the left hand panel shows you who owns an asset. And if that asset belongs to an anarchy faction, there will be no bounties issued there.

P.S. a seach for Feudal government nearest to the above system shows a few nearby in Piscium Sector JS-S a4-2, Hecate, Hebe and Piscium Sector KN-S a4-0 - that's the one's within 20 ly. Any chance you've been there maybe?
