what the devil is this?! is this a RP post or actually something happening for once?

I have had a few messages from a mysterious stranger, and each mission I have ignored. so I guess I wouldn't be in his/her good books :D

{edit} in reading the code provided the sequence 040 appears the most, if in English can we assume that's 'E' and work from there? :)

bah, some one else can do it, ideally I love puzzles but it is really late for me right now.

I suggest you count up all the numbers (eg there is x 040's y 145's) and use sequences of common letters used to solve based on figures, it will take a few attempts sure, but it is doable.


try plugging this in and seeing if it works from most common letters used to least (according to good ol' Wikipedia ):etaoinshrdlucmfwypvbgkjqxz

hehe, I remember that stuff from when I was in primary school, do they even make it anymore? tasted like musky Milo :D

I am considering using the stockpile of Red Bull in the fridge, but... sleep is nice too! :D

Never mind, people have already solved it.... turns out 145 was e and 040 was O...…

So some dude is In the middle of somewhere with information about the superpowers that we may not like... big whoop, superpowers hide stuff from people all the time. he can come to me to talk :D
