Comms Menu - how to cycle "channels"?

Hello:

I use VR regularly with ED (exclusively, actually). I saw a video recently where the Commander accessed his comms panel and then cycled through the "channels", going from Wing, to Local. I cannot find or figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?

Tab - but I only found out very recently when I was communicating in local to a wing!
