Community Challenge Rewards

Hi I just wanted to know how the rewards system works for the community challenge I currently have 101 gorillas and am on 15 rewards the rewards so far have been pretty rubbish apart from the unique avatar clothes and hat. I was wondering is there a point to doing anymore or is there something else I am missing ……..

but I will say it is very disappointing to get 100-250 reward points when you spend 20,000 on gorillas in the shop lol

i just made 25 for the cloths. the rest are random animals (and i surely mean random) and low amounts of CC. so you couldve probably made another 100k-200k CC if you only released 25 and sold the other 75

Hey, kinda off topic, but could you post a photo of the outfit? I would like to know how it looks. Thanks!

Personally, I think it's hideous:

What you might "miss" if you don't get in the top 3 ranks at the end of the contest and if the rewards have not been changed is a bit more CC and another random animal with high probability of crappy stats.

If you release only 25 of the Gorilla's to the wild for an average of 900 cc's then you've got a return of 22,500 cc's for your 20,000 investment. If you have 101 Gorilla's and release them all for an average of 900 cc's then your return is 90,900 cc's. In your case I'd say you've been handsomely rewarded. You just didn't get a little pop-up window showing your profits for when you released all those Gorilla's. You should be either be sitting on a stockpile of cc's or you have purchased a lot of animals (which also generate you with a lot of cc's). I don't see what your complaint actually is.

I'd like to know how the rewards are actually attributed because I just started, but I have released two gorillas and only received one reward. Is it one reward per X amount released? I am pretty sure the tigers one was 1 to 1. 1 reward for each litter born.

We were told there would be a full article about that, but information must have pathfinding issues and have been stucked somewhere...

The rewards start with your first animal. Afterwards, the spacing changes and you need to breed/release more and more animals to reach the next reward level.

I think that's pretty mean to not only not reward you for each released animal like the challenge implies, but not even given you any indication of how many you need to release to even get a reward. The previous one was nicer in that regard. You were asked to breed tigers, and you got a reward each time you did. Sure you got BETTER rewards with more bred, but you still got SOMETHING each time.

Are you sure about that? Granted, we don’t know exactly how they counted our tiger cubs since their numbers were messed up, but I think the rewards were similarly spaced out. This would make sense since they want people to get started in an easy way, but make it harder and harder to advance. If just the rewards would have been better matched to the effort... But the animal I got so far for my gorillas was a gold lion, so that was a nice surprise!

I released 100 gorillia's and received 15 times a rewards message. Does it go on beyond that? I remember reading the max being 15 rewards wirh the tigers.

I didn't counted, on the community standing graphic ingame i had the last rank... i thought.
But thats only 13, got with 61 gorillas, so i think the graphic is bugged or i am too stupid.
But anyway, the game never tells you how many you need, so i won't bother with anymore anyway.

If someone is wondering how to get so many gorillas/CCs
Managment maybe complete broked, but while you can't build a functional big zoo, you can build massproductions.
Just take all loans, build many habitats, stuff them with animals and staff up.
You just have to take care to set everything up before you run out of money.
You will never go bankrupt, you will never lose employees.

Just wanted to know if it really works like some people wrote.
I would prefer to got a predictable managment part with stable running costs on franchise mode, but you can't have all i guess.

I'm 100% sure each time one of my Tigers had a litter I got a reward.

Did you get 15 rewards BEFORE 100? Given how long it takes them to grow up and how few children they have this seems really lopsided if it is actually 100/15 or 6-7 gorillas per reward.
