Rhino Rescue Broken
Hi, I am have significant problems with the current Rhino Rescue challenge on Xbox One. My friend and I both share the same system and they were able to unlock the challenge no problem once the community releases were high enough to complete the event. I, however, can not unlock the challenge no matter what I do.
I tried releasing some Eastern Black Rhinos before the community had released the full 3,300 rhinos and my challenge tracker did not update (his did). I didn't pay attention to this much because the community event wasn't yet complete. After the community reached 3,300 Eastern Black Rhinos released, my friend unlocked the challenge and I could not.
Whenever I launch the game and go to the community page, it acts like I have never released any before and tells me to participate. That's fine, I go into a game, level up some Eastern Black Rhinos to 15, then release them. If I exit out of that game and go back to the community page it will then show that I've participated and display the current release numbers. However, the challenge remains completely locked for me. Everytime I relaunch the game, this whole process repeats.
I have made several testing accounts on Xbox Live and they could ALL unlock the challenge with no issues at all. I've tried deleting the game, deleting (and losing) all of my saves, hard resets of the console, everything! I don't know what else to do anymore and now I'm frantically seeking support. I'm willing to try anything, any help would be massively appreciated!
