Apparently found off of military vessels, I killed some Vultures in a CZ (which also drop Thermic Alloys, another material that comes from military ships) but no dice for a supposedly common material. Googling turns up attempts by other players to farm them turning up blank as well, and I don't believe I have ever seen them drop. Any advice? My Chieftain needs its hull experimental!

I found some of those earlier!
In a USS, either degraded or encoded. Can't remember which, though.

Only way to get these is from the materials trader.

Sigh, I couldn't find one in a system that I believed met the requirements... Does anyone know of a system that has a manufactured material trader?
