Companies

I believe that there should be fictional companies (except for two) in Planet Coaster that manufacture the rides. Here are their names.

Hypersonic Manufacturing (Manufactures the Pathos III, Looper, and Insanity rides. Located in Warsaw, Poland)

Fairstar Amusement Rides (Manufactures the real life Huss and B&M rides, as well as the wooden coasters. Located in Dallas, Texas)

Superfun Inc (Manufactures the Hyperspin, Coriolis, and Scizzer. Located in New York City)

Kinoshi Co. Ltd (Manufactures the Radius, Sky Watcher, and the real life Mack rides. Located in Tokyo, Japan)

Rides of Glory GmbH (Manufactures the real life RMC and Chance rides, as well as the Bumpin' Derby. Located in Munich, Germany)

Hot Rocket Rides Ltd (Manufactures the real life S&S and Intamin rides, as well as the Venetian Carousel. Located in Cambridge, England)

Ron and Jon Bros. (Manufactures the real life Zierer and Vekoma rides, as well as the steam trains. Located in San Francisco, California)

Jiangshi Co. Ltd (Manufactures the real life Arrow rides, as well as the Sun Flare and Speed. Located in Beijing, China)

Big Fun Ltd (Manufactures the real life Maurer and Zamperla rides, as well as the Rocktopus. Located in Queensland, Australia)

YuNu Rides (Manufactures the real life Giovanola rides, as well as the Hellion Ring and Cube. Located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)

Arome Manufacturing (Manufactures the real life Gerstlauer rides, as well as the Torque and Zozo. Located in Paris, France)

Fear Factory Inc (Manufactures the Hoax and Hunstman rides. Located in Halifax, Nova Scotia)

Cedar Fair (Manufactures the Steel Vengeance coaster. Located in the same location as the Cedar Point park, Sandusky, Ohio)

Universal Creative (Manufactures the Back to the Future, Knight Rider, and Munsters go-kart rides. Located in the same location as Universal Orlando Resort, Orlando, Florida)

There is one for sure in the game. Take a look at the bolts on the lift supports on the Intaman Giga and Impulse.

Fun idea. The game allready doing it with all shops. However, how will this be made relevant in the gameplay and in the parks? Or would this just be a fun thing in the coaster browser in the UI for the player to read?

Rides and coasters already have a manufacture/company. It's called Planet Coaster! [haha]
There is a Planet Coaster Logo on rides, coasters, staff, and etc .

When you highlight a ride, coaster, or track ride, it will tell you what company made it.

One more company:
Espiritos de Aventura (Manufactures the Gold Fever coaster, as well as the steamboats. Located in Mexico City, Mexico)

UPDATE:
Another company has joined the lineup!
Hollywood Entertainment (Manufactures the Big Screen Tour, Re-Motion, and Horror Heights rides. Located in Los Angeles, California)

I like this idea. I think it'd be fun to also "mimic" the real life companies, too. A company based in China making Arrow rides seems kinda weird to me, especially when the trains in game have a giant "AMERICAN ARROW" on them.

A company from China called Golden Horse went verry succesfull with stealing arrows design and put made in America on it.

So PlanCo arrows are Chinese Knockoffs? Ohhhh nnooooooooooooo [ugh][ugh]

Also, the point of having the train have "American Arrow" on it is so pay homage to Arrow Dynamics themselves, and if were to have companies, I think it'd be pretty neat to mimic/reference the original companies.

It's a great homage but i was pointing out to the fake companies using a stealed design from the real world.

A new company has arrived!
Retro Rides (Manufactures the Zephyrus, Aces Sky, Centrum, Hurricane, and the three new Eyerly rides in the Vintage Pack. Located in London, England.)
Also, Fairstar now creates the Mouse Hunt coaster, as it has joined the lineup.
