Computer System requirements

I got my case, it looks cool and has four case fans !

I screwed in the following mother board and chip bundle :

Most of the connectors seemed to be easy to place on the mother board using the manual. I guess the SD connector goes into one of the motherboard USB connectors and the internal speaker red lead is the +5v side, but that was my only guesses everything else was very clear and easy.

Now waiting for my gtx760, hard drive and windows 7 64 bit.
edit: And blu-Ray internal rewriter drive :)

I got the rest of it today, built it up and there were no issues at all :) It all works.

Ran the Heaven Benchmark v2.1 which gave FPS:101.0

The new dawn demo ran well as did the SC hanger on very high settings.

Well, less than a month later and I can now get an OC GTX780 for around £400 and the OC 770 for £320. Plus their AMD counterparts are around the same sort of price. Seriously thinking about having a rig built instead of buying 'off the shelf' so to speak. :D

If you're not in a hurry, prices will fall further in 2014

It will also, be visionary in anticipating the version with the planetary landings in a year or two. Version that will require a lot of graphics resources certainly

We don't know the min-spec yet, but Ben Parry has admitted to having seen the min-spec machine. We tried our best to get him to talk, but he escaped using this excuse "Oh dear, if I stay any longer they're going to lock me in. Goodnight, forumians"
