Engineers Conductive Ceramics?

Where can I find these little blighters.
I flew out to Maia for Professor Palin's G5 Clean drive tuning, then realised I was fresh out of them.
Inara says they can be picked up at USS's in anarchy systems, but Maia is anarchy, and I flew around for ages without finding any.
Thanks in advance and Boom Shanka.:)

I got all of mine from T-9s. Mostly by going into a anarchy/famine system and attacking the T-9s in those distribution centers since they constantly respawn. They're also the richest source of chemical manipulators.

Yep I can confirm that ^^

Go into the famine distribution centre, scan the wakes of the departing ships for lots of tasty data and then murder the T9s for rest of the stuff. :D

They are among the materials that are spawned at Davs Hope:

(No murder required.)

Thanks for the replies people. Murder's not my style, so I'll just pick 'em up here and there (and if the "owner" isn't looking, that's his problem :) ).

That's why I use Dav's Hope for my bits and pieces (post #5 above) - you just keep mode-switching and get new materials dropped each time.

Dav'e Hope no longer exists at A5 or anywhere else in this solar system, if it ever did.

They must have got rid of it - my bookmark for the system is still there but nothing on the planet. Last time I went there the settlement was actually on the map, the last update must have wiped it.
