It's good, i found the problem. I forgot to delete the saving of my pc AccountAre you saying you are recieving an error message that says invalid copy? ..Just curious and thought I'd translate to help you. I come from Canadian/German Heritage.

Yeah, I subscribed to everything when I bought the console game back in Mar '22 but never got any emails after the initial "Thank you for your purchase...". I didn't even realise I was meant to be getting emails until recently. I raised a ticket about it in Feb, and after the support team made some tweaks I got newsletters on 10th and 24th Feb.Did you subscribe to it?
Back in the day they got sent to everyone, but laws changed and you have to opt-in now.

I don't think you can get much help with this on the forum..
Go to this link and ask frontier directly if they still have your old account backed up.
