Console Profile Transfers: FAQ and Expected Date

I have an old founders PC account from when i helped kickstart Elite Dangerous and i have a xbox account. my question is if i copy my xbox commander over my PC commander as described by clearing my PC save will my xbox commander be able to keep not only my PC commanders name but also my founders permits and kickstarter rewards including several free ships with zero credit insurance i have on my pc commander as well as pre-built ships

So I got mine to overwrite my PC account, but I had to delete my PC CMDR data first. The system won't let you overwrite your PC account if that's not what you want
