Consolidated Server Disconnect Thread

I live in Ohio and I've been getting non-stop disconnects all morning.

Well my disconnect was interesting, disconnect just as I was setting down on landing pad. I had 4 cargo haul missions as soon as I got back in I had only 3 cargo haul missions and some illicit cargo in my cargo bay (stolen). No fine, which was lucky.

I get disconnected from the matchmaking server with reproducible results when trying to go near a planetary POI with my ship. The SRV does not cause this problem but it's certainly no fun to drive 10km+ to a POI.
As a side note: The game also fails to correctly remember my power settings. I fly with 2 pips in systems and 4 in engines but every time I return to my ship they are set to 4 pips in systems.

Actually, forget what I just said, the disconnect happens even when I'm in an SRV. Just being within ~10km of a POI seems to be a problem. I'm actually not sure if I can even leave the planet anymore now.
