I would love to see the ability to have the bottom tool bar at the top of the screen. It seems most of your work on paths, buildings, etc. is done near the bottom of the screen.
Some people may not find this a problem, but it really bugs me when I'm zooming in and the tool bar is in the way of your view.
Maybe just an option button to move tool bar, top, side or bottom.
