See everyone elite dose not have to be an eve clone and their are other games out there that the devs can use as inspiration.

Yeah, coz being a star wars clone would be MUCH better. (Please read that in a sarcastic tone. The internet REALLY needs a sarcasm font).

How about Elite just stay being Elite, and you go play Star Wars or Eve or World of Warcraft... or heck, even Clash of Clans... and stop demanding that everyone else change to suit you?

I'm with Sandmann here, I don't need Elite to be a poor mans EVE or SWG clone (e.g. without monthly subscription). But at least I fed the thread again (isn't it funny those EVE threads seem to pop up after roughly a year and usually several at the same time? preeeeeeeetty sure that's just a coincidence. ;-) )

Come now, we are not making personal attacks, we are just having a joke. I mean, you don't want EvE references used, but you do seem quite fixated on EvE and its mechanics.

Of course, being an EvE player, you want the best of EvE in ED presumably?

Of course... goonswarm in ED is not something i think many players particular want.....
