Could the division centers have a function besides another form of income?

With JWE, the divisions had their unique buildings to place in the park, and as cool as they look, they are pretty underwhelming when it comes to gameplay functionality.

So far, I see the innovation center is back in JWE2, so it could make sense the other division buildings are in the game as well if they are all part of a set like how they were in JWE.

My issue then was that the buildings were underwhelming in terms of gameplay, as they all give money based on your reputation with the divisions. The thing is that the money from these centers were so small to the overall profit that it barley affected my gameplay. You have dinosaurs, guest facilities, fossils and expedition spoils, missions, photography, and dinosaur sales that already covers a good chunk of the income. By the time you were able to reach the division reputation to unlock a center, research the building, and construct the center, you basically have a strong enough profit anyway to keep facilities running. And with how limited space was in JWE, it was better off to not include them in your parks.

So why not give them a function to benefit your park outside of another form of income? Like the innovation center could influence your guest happiness or guest facility effectiveness. The Science Center could give a small boost to your laboratories of choice. And the Security Center could improve the effectiveness of the security to your parks.

These functions may not be what is the most effective in balancing gameplay, but I would love to include buildings that would influence how I manage my parks, and not just be another form of income. It would help me strategize and choose which centers would be worthwhile additions to the parks.

What do you all think?
