Countdown to Launch: Animal Art and HYPE!

Hey Zookeepers!

Back by popular demand, I'm doing another Planet Zoo countdown. The full game launches on the 5th November, so I'm going to add an animal a day to this countdown in celebration! Each animal is going to be available to play in-game, but I'm only doing officially-confirmed animals! (no datamined spoilers please!)

I'm spending more time on the shading for this one, so even though the set won't totally match the beta ones, I'll be happier with them :D

I can't wait. You do amazingly with these Avatars :) Thanks for these <3 They fill the void since I've veered away from art creation for awhile whilst our house is being renovated as it's not quiet enough for me so I can't wait to have my gaming / office room that I can "slither" away into just to play games or make art that I do love doing.

The aardvark is the one I want to redo the most, it just didn't look right at all! I might be doing some repeats for the launch countdown so I hope I can make a much better aardvark ♥️

I see you using the okapi now @EternalAbyss ! I think it might be my favorite icon after the reticulated giraffe now!

I understand that you are looking forward to the next animal, but please be patient and remember that Tigglesaurus makes her animal art for fun, not because she has to.

It is very kind of her that she shares her art here. She usually makes one animal per day and it takes at least 40 minutes (probably more now that she does more shading) to make a single animal. She will post new animals as soon as she is ready to do so. It would be nice not to ask for new animals as that might cause unwanted pressure.

Thanks guys! Still deciding what to do for today's animal, maybe an exhibit animal? (I'm scared of scorpions and I need a good way to add it and the spiders without scaring too many people, suggestions appreciated!)

Well with the bigger spiders I think most people don't realise how furry they are and they usually move slow. I think it's the lack of obvious eyes that make them less cute. Maybe it could be waving leg or two saying hi?

Your doing such an awesome job, love the bear. I need to pick one of your animals but I just can't choose between them!
