Newcomer / Intro Courier Mission: How do I review a mission I've accepted?

I accepted a Courier Mission from Maine Hub in Eravate (I'm in the hanger at Maine Hub) to courier some goods to Mckee Ring in GD 219. All good so far. But I wish to review the mission I'm about to commence. How do I do that? Thanks.

Go to your external panel panel, then go to the transaction tab. Here you can see all types of things like mission details that you've accepted, passanger mission details and outstanding bonds/fines/ bounties you have

So its the interface on your left, theres 3 tabs, navigation, transaction, and contacts.

Do you mean this one which is internal in relationship to the cockpit, and is on my left?

If you're on a PC you probably need to press the button '1'.
Then use 'E' to tab across.
Then use your arrow keys to move down to the mission.
Then do as ARJay says.

Yes ...... thanks for that boys. I've already done the <1> <e> <down arrow> <right arrow> <space>
and get this:

I suppose that's all I can expect because there probably isn't anymore. Except for the Galaxy Map and maybe the Systems Map .......
Thanks.

Yes that’s all the written information available, selecting the galaxy map will bring that up centred on the destination system and the usual method will bring up the system map with a mission target icon on the stations location.

Yes ...... I'm working on my understanding of the Galaxy map at the moment. There's bound to be questions, but do my homework first ....... 😄
Can't fly the mission at the moment. Here in Kuta, Bali we are having a huge tropical storm. Internet keeps dropping out ..... :(

the left menu is also called "external", since is about things outside your ship, like navigation, contacts, details of targets, ...
the right side menu is called "internal", because it is about things inside your ship, like modules, firegroups, your CMDR, ...

just general guidelines, some things might break that rule (like engineers and squadron on the right, but these also kind of pair with ship respectively cmdr ... very loosely)

Thank you. Most useful. I will use in future. Maybe with left and right so there's no confusion. ie. The External (lefthand) Panel; The Internal (righthand) Panel.

PS. I am a shocker for such detail.:giggle: When I talk about Systems in the Galaxy, it's aways with a capital S. So ....... "There are many Systems that don't use the same system." is what I would write.
Bloody Wombat! Perdantic as always!

Sometimes you also get updates to missions during flight, usually when you reach the target system. For courier missions (those are missions in the game that deliver data with no cargo capacity requires) that's usually a time bonus. This is seen in the chat window, second tab. On PC default 2 for the chat window, then E/Q to change to the second tab and S to scroll down to the information, and space-bar to open it.
