Yep'. Remember, the COVAS is done in partnership with HCS, and I just checked their page... Leo is there, and it has full credits.

I am so torn between wanting wanting Holly to talk to me in space on the one hand, and on the other expecting that mixing the "serious" setting of ED with his voice (and the constant expectation of dry sarcasm) will be a really weird and uncomfortable mix...

Well the HCS VoicePack "Leo" is voiced by Norman Lovett https://www.hcsvoicepacks.com/collections/voice-packs/products/leo so yes it will sound like his Holly.

(There is also Cleo - "Performed by Red Dwarf star Hattie Hayridge" - maybe that will become a COVAS too but they would have to clean up her act. )
