CQC CQC Should not allow matching with blocked players

So a friend of mine just recently started playing the game and, due to his low funds, I thought it would be a good idea to bring him into CQC since there aren't any monetary consequences for being destroyed. We end up 1v1'ing each other for while, which was unexpected, but obviously not a problem. Eventually, a few other low-ranked players joined, and by this time he had already gotten used to the controls enough to fire back at me and the other new guys somewhat consistently. Then a level 50 player shows up whose primary strategy seemed to fly in circles long enough to grab the stealth pickup over and over and over again. He had enough experience with the mode and map to pick up the power-up almost immediately as it spawned. We left the match and once again started matchmaking, starting with 1v1 again, until only a few minutes into the match, the same guy joined again, making it essentially impossible to actually achieve anything or, more importantly, have any fun. This happened twice more afterwards, with this player matching in halfway through the game each time. I understand that there's a low player count, so skill-based matchmaking probably isn't particularly viable, but we figured if we just blocked the player in question, then we wouldn't have to deal with him. We both blocked said player, and lo and behold, he almost immediately matched in again.

Neither of us, nor any of the other players that joined in (usually they were rank 1 or 2) were able to even kill this guy without having to gang up on him (not really fair or sporting in normal deathmatch) so the whole gamemode is essentially not viable, and there's apparently nothing we can do about it, aside from practice endlessly or enter some sort of PvP guide group, and that's not really an option for all players, least of all myself.

A moment ago I saw rank 27 dude with rank 1 friend in DM.. the higher rank dude was farming the lower rank one him relentlessly.
One guy had 6 kills 0 deaths, the other had 0 kills and 6 deaths.
So it was probably not you because you were helping your friend, but similar situation.

Anyway.. it's CQC Arena, you can't choose who you play against because you would probably always choose to fight weaker players, that would open the window to exploiting the system easily i.e. you could choose only to fight against your afk alts and farm them relentlessly.. It would be good for you but it wouldn't be good for CQC

CQC is even less compatable with blocking than the main game. You could essentially exclude people from playing as there is ferequently only one populated match.
