yeah, but if a ship has only a CHANCE to blow up when the PP is destroyed, it means that you need a lot more ammo to destroy its hull.
So lasers are better then, since they dont have this issue...

Well, have fun destroying the hull of big ships with lasers only...
 
More dangerous scenarios - nav beacons in dangerous areas can become compromised with more hostile ships in them than the normal nav beacons.

Hi Michael,

Have you implemented any real/lore purpose for the nav beacons. I know they attract pirates and bounty hunters, but why would any ships (traders, civilians...) decide to hang around them in the first place?

atleast they wont run out of ammo.

it could also be possible that the penetration change indirectly increased the kinetic damage.
Wasnt the calculation based on "if it wont hit a module, damage goes to the hull"? so if kinetics cant puncture through the whole ship anymore, it would mean that less modules get hit, so more damage to the hull
 
Any chance that black markets are taken off system maps unless discovered by the player themselves?

Will local security continue to pay trade dividends on illegal, stolen and prohibited goods?

Will smuggling out side of missions (not just imperial slaves) be more profitable than selling tea?

Will NPC be effected by power play modifiers like Antals increased fines or will the just continue to be a penalty to people who play in solo?

I was drunk when I bought the "Elite Dangerous: Lifetime Expansion Pass" in the first place :D

Going to launch the game. If I have probs i will reboot it first then try again. I bet its seamless however.

Charlie Sheen is a weiner of the first order. So's Kutcher the phony intellectual. :)
 
Does this mean the wear and tear not working on vulture is not fixed... oh well maybe next time (still awesome work guys)
 
Tried via steam and a new standalone, no beta options. Will try later, probably a good thing I have 3,000ly to fly tonight and dont need new distractions ;-)

Sorry to repeat, but still, I have a question. Will be the weapons that we saw in CQC be added to the main game? Like plasma repeater, rapid firing cannon, etc?
 
Had a great blast in CQC there, all too brief as little CMDRs need putting to bed. First impressions are very good. CQC + HOTAS + EDTracker = PvP joy. What do the Rifters make of it?
