yeah, but if a ship has only a CHANCE to blow up when the PP is destroyed, it means that you need a lot more ammo to destroy its hull.
So lasers are better then, since they dont have this issue...
Hi Michael,More dangerous scenarios - nav beacons in dangerous areas can become compromised with more hostile ships in them than the normal nav beacons.

I was drunk when I bought the "Elite Dangerous: Lifetime Expansion Pass" in the first place![]()
atleast they wont run out of ammo.
it could also be possible that the penetration change indirectly increased the kinetic damage.
Wasnt the calculation based on "if it wont hit a module, damage goes to the hull"? so if kinetics cant puncture through the whole ship anymore, it would mean that less modules get hit, so more damage to the hull
