We have simply came to conclusion that the crash site is not actually an accident. The ship is relative to plants and that is why the crashed ship is actually an acorn of capital ships.
These ships need to be rooted to grow and to be fixed. Flowers indeed. The crashed ship is similar to oak acorn.
Mean while the Thargoids modify themselves to match their purpose in the hive. So all this is hybrid biology...
