Hello! I've been going through the forum and I've seen that I'm not the only one that thinks there could be some rework on the placement of certain biomes that would be more realistic and that there is a lack of a temperate biome that has mild weather and temperature. As well as being able to use all the terrain types from each biome in any biome you choose. Understanding that it's an unrealistic expectation for implementing the use of all the terrain paints from a performance standpoint I think there is a way to compromise. In Planet Coaster we have the ability to make 'Custom Environments', allowing you to pick a base environment, but still, be able to use any terrain paints in a given slot. In Planet Zoo, having interchangeable slots for terrain paints, being able to adjust temperature range (within logical reasoning in the given biome), and choosing the weather types (ex. no snow in a temperate, or add rain in the arctic) would give more creative control and would allow players to tailor a climate to a specific group of animals better. Also, I think then people would be more forgiving on the "unrealistic" placement of certain biomes in certain areas if we were able to tweak the biomes to a certain extent.
