Create your Pack with only Herbivores

Often they mix carnivores and herbivores in packs. I thought why not make a pack with only herbivores because they miss a lot. I know that first there will be other packs. but why not?

Rules:

You must have :
1. Camelids
2. Bovidae or Cervidae or Tragulidae
3. Equidae
4. Macropodidae
5. Lagomorpha or Leporidae or the or Procaviidae or Rodents
6. Primates or monkeys
7. Turtle
8. You can only choose one - Elephants or Giraffe or Rhinoceros

I begin:
1. Dromedary
2. Common Eland
3. Somali wild ass
4. Bennett's Wallaby
5. European Rabbit
6. Aye Aye
7. Leopard Tortoise
8. Black Rhinoceros

Nice thread, seems fun!

1. Vicuna
2. Scimitar oryx
3. Prezalzki's wild horse (any wild horse is fine really)
4. Tree Kangaroo (any)
5. Patagonian mara
6. Aye aye
7. Don't care, I want a Rock Hyrax instead
8. African Forest Elephant

Why no space for the rock hyrax? :( Just because it has weird taxonomy it gets rejected....

Can anyone translate into English? I think I get the gist, but this is an English forum.

Will participate later! Interesting idea :)

I know some of the animals on my list are unlikely to make it into the game

  1. Guanaco (LC)

  3. Somali wild donkey (CR) // Grévy's zebra (EN)

  6. Silvery gibbon (EN)
  7. Alligator snapping turtle (VU) // Yangtze giant softshell turtle (CR)
  8. West African giraffe (VU)

1. Dromedary
2. Kirks Dik Dik
3. Somali Wild Donkey
4. Tree Kangaroo

8. Black Rhino

  • Dromedary Camel
  • Roosevelt Elk
  • Przewalski's Horse
  • Goodfellow's Tree Kangaroo
  • Patagonian Mara
  • Bald Uakari
  • African Spurred Tortoise
  • Sumatran Rhinoceros

  1. Vicuña

  5. Arctic hare
  6. Mantled guereza
  7. Arrau turtle
  8. Sumatran rhinoceros

1. Take a guess
2. Red Deer
3. Przewalski Wild Horse
4. Bennett's Wallaby
5. Black Tailed Jackrabbit
6. De Brazza Guenon
7. Sulcata
8. Black Rhino

Pick a herbivore pack sure, but odd rule structure. But I'll play along.

You must have :
1. Dromedary
2. Red Deer
3. P. Horse
4. Grey Kangaroo
5. Patagonian Mara (also not much of a "rabbit for zoos" fan)
6. Lar Gibbon
7. African Spurred Tortoise
8. Masai Giraffe

For some, there's other herbivores I'd want to see instead but no where to fit them according to the rules.

Ok, this seems fun!

1. Dromedary (tbf, I like the SA species more, but it just feels a conspicuous missing "big name")
2. Wild Yak or Markhor
3. Onager
4. Can I swap this out for fellow vegetarian Marsupial Common Wombat? (no strong feelings on kangaroo sp)
5. Snowshoe hare
6. Golden Lion Tamarin
7. A softshell turtle sp.
8. Sumatran Rhino

Tbh, seems a bit mean though to not give any space for a rodent species or a pig!

1. Dromedary
2. Sichuan takin
3. Przewalski's horse
4. Bennett's wallaby
5. Patagonian mara
6. Golden lion tamarin
7. Sulcata tortoise
8. Black rhinoceros

1. Vicuna
2. Yellow backed duiker
3. Przewalski's horse
4. Matschie's tree kangaroo
5. European rabbit
6. East Javan langur
7. Giant Asian pond turtle
8. Black rhinoceros or Northern giraffe - can't really pick between the two.

A little bit odd that there isn't space for a deer - my choice for a deer would be the Bactrian wapiti.
