A quick question please regarding legal missions against criminal groups occupying settlements.
I’ve noticed that when killing these NPC’s who are part of the criminal group and who have a bounty on them, I don’t get a bounty myself or any notoriety. However, my Crime stats in the Codex show a murder and a murder of a guard. Is this just how it is?
I’m viewing this as a mere case of the stats system logging a kill, whether legal or illegal, as a generic murder. I’m still feeling like I’m doing something wrong however with the kill being logged in the crime tab. The fact that I get no bounty nor any notoriety seems to be the only indicator given that you aren’t doing anything wrong. It just seems like an oversimplified accounting of kills, as legal kills are not distinguished from illegal ones and happen to be logged under the crime tab, not say a separate tab for ‘legal kills’ or ‘non-criminal combat kills’.
Any thoughts on this?
Best wishes.
