I have just loaded after the latest patch and ctrl B no longer displays bandwidth in game for me. It does toggle it on the main menu screen but that isn't a lot of use.

Now if only Alt-F4 didn't work either.
well you could use msi afterburner and make a bug report to FD to fix it. ctrl alt del works. i checked. 
Not sure they did it on purpose : they still work in the game menu.
But the hollow radar symbol is by design
Indeed, it is arguably an exploit, using an out of game tool to gain advantage (even though it was in the game). Probably just a bug though.
Vasious, I just tried your suggested key combinations (and a couple of others), no joy. Possibly a localisation thing?

As far I remember it’s an in game tool not an out of game tool as I used it over 3 years ago way before I had an msi card & afterburner/riva
I believe the other player(s) can go off radar with silent running. So CTRL-B is a way to monitor if they're around.

Both don't work at the moment. It's a known bug.

I thought it was only me but yeah it doesn't work in game. It was handy to have because I get to know if I am playing real open or open/solo. I hope it gets fixed.
