'Currently your game purchase cannot be verified'

Hi!

Anyone had the message saying 'Currently your game purchase cannot be verified, please wait 24 hours and try again' and If so, how did you get around it?

My setup isn't exactly standard so I can sort of understand if Denuvo might have an issue with it. And NO I did not pirate the game.
I used to play JWE when it first came out but my gaming setup has changed a lot since then. Not exactly hopeful in getting it running but maybe the error is familiar to someone?

If you are still experiencing this problem would you be able to head over and log this on our Issue Tracker, this will help our developers look into this.

I uninstalled the game but will reinstall and test once I get back from a little recreational trip I'm on. Will also make some more tests especially with Planet Coaster as it has Denuvo too and... if one works, might be an implementation issue and if none works, it's a 'me' issue (and I can live with that). Once done will post the findings in the Issue Tracker.

I have had exactly this problem with Planet Zoo. I installed it and played it for a few hours. Then I switched to my other laptop and installed it there and I have not been able to play it at all since.

I spent all day fiddling with graphics drivers and so-on until I found this thread.

Is there any way I can get my Planet Zoo to run again I have otters to take care of...
