Things such as the Indominus Rex and any other franchise-specific creatures would be IP, but I can't imagine the studio having rights over any particular real paleo creatures.

I'd love a Titanoboa fixture to go on my Python's dashboard.

Seriously, I'd be happy with generic plastic dinosaurs. They don't have to look like the film versions.
