Custom coasters ?

I don't see any tab with custom . I click on the coasters tab at bottom. That brings up a window with several kinds of coasters. The top of that tab has a figure 8 looking icon and all (I have tried to click both). Above that has a search bar, and to the right of that are 2 x's.I have even pulled that tab up to see if it was some where.
Could this maybe be a bug?
I have tried tropical and desert maps. Also playing sandbox mode. I was trying to see if I saw anything in a youtube viseo, but to be honest the ones in the videos have a diffrent looking coaster tab selection than mine.
Plwase advise on more help please.
UPDATE, I found a video that shows that tab. I can confirm I don't have the tab.
