Customer Service team

I know I come across as pretty negative about Fdev in general but thought I would try and change it a little by being positive about parts of the team .
So here goes since starting to play back in 2016 I've had on numerous occasions the pleasure of dealing the Customer Support team . All interactions have been dealt with quickly concisely with the support agents knowledgeable and easy to deal with .
To the managers and higher ups this team is a huge asset to Frontier and I would like to pass on my thanks for their part in this game .

I was away for a little while, got back and found my account here was hijacked and I got banned.
Contacted Support and one of the CM's got back to me and sorted everything out.

So, a big shout-out for CM Chantal Williams, for making the effort to sort it out when she could probably have just hit the "delete email" button and got herself another cup of coffee instead.

Also, I guess, apologies for whatever spam "I" posted while my account was hijacked and thanks to the mod's for dealing with it.
